Hematology analysis reagents act as sample diluents to form a suspension, cells that have been mixed with the diluent will separate from each other.
Set the reagent temperature to room temperature, open the reagent package, insert the tube from the corresponding analyzer into the diluent cubitainer, and close the cubitainer cap. The cubitainer does not need to be removed from the box. Replace the reagent according to the analyzer operator's manual, and then run the background to ensure that the measured value is within the background count range required in the analyzer operator's manual before testing the sample. Refer to the analyzer operator's manual for more information.
