Hematology analyzer reagent to destroy red blood cells (RBC) and then react with white blood cells (WBC) and hemoglobin (HGB).
Set the reagent temperature to room temperature, open the reagent package, insert the tube from the appropriate analyzer into the lyse bottle, and close the bottle cap. Replace the reagent according to the analyzer operator's manual, and then run the background to ensure that the measured value is within the background count range required in the analyzer operator's manual before testing the sample. See the analyzer operator's manual for more information.
Lyse is a solution that reacts with WBC which will separate itself into independent cells. WBC that reacts with lyse2 will maintain its cell morphology so that WBC can be classified into 5 types of cells, namely neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, basophils and eosinophils.
