
JAKARTA, July 9, 2026 — PT Prodia Diagnostic Line Tbk (PRDL), officially listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. PRDL is optimistic about leveraging its IPO momentum to expand its market reach, scale operational capacity, and fortify its contribution to the national medical device industry. The Company offered 522.9 million new shares, equivalent to 30% of its issued and fully paid-up capital post-IPO, at a final price of IDR 120 per share.
Today, the company manages over 1,083 active product SKUs, spanning over 38 provinces and 370 regencies or cities. Its network reaches more than 7,600 customers across Indonesia, including approximately 7,000 puskesmas, 300 hospitals, and 317 regency or city health offices. Furthermore, PRDL’s core product lines feature a Local Component Level (TKDN) score of over 70%, which significantly boosts its competitive edge amid rising national demand for medical devices and the dominance of foreign products.
In terms of its performance standpoint, PRDL demonstrated a solid financial recovery leading up to its public debut. Throughout 2025, the Company recorded revenue of IDR 74.4 billion, which marks a solid 27% increase compared to the previous year. Net profit grew by 70.7% to reach IDR 16.9 billion, while EBITDA rose 66.9% to IDR 29.2 billion, reflecting strengthening profitability and operational efficiency.
Amid fluctuating market conditions, PRDL remains highly optimistic about its long-term business prospects. From a valuation standpoint in the published prospectus, which references audited FY2025 financial statements, PRDL’s final IPO price fields a Price-to-Earnings ratio of 8.61x. This valuation is considered highly competitive compared to other public companies in the healthcare sector, especially when factoring in the Company's positive performance trajectory.
