Cikarang, July 27, 2026 – Proline welcomed a delegation from the Donggala District Health Office (Dinkes Donggala)—an end-user of Proline products—for an official company visit to its manufacturing facility located in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency.

The visit was organized in collaboration with PT Intergastra Nusantara, one of Proline’s official distributors for the Sulawesi region. The main objective was to provide the Dinkes Donggala team with first-hand insights into Proline’s manufacturing facilities, production capacity, and operational processes. Through this visit, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of Proline’s capabilities in producing high-quality domestic medical devices that meet national healthcare demands.

The delegation was warmly received by Proline’s management, who delivered a presentation on the company profile, production capacity, and ongoing commitment to stringent quality control and customer satisfaction. The agenda included a tour of the production floor, allowing the team to observe every stage of the manufacturing pipeline—from raw material receiving and production to packaging and distribution.

During an interactive discussion session, representatives from the Donggala District Health Office expressed a specific need for calibration services provided by Proline’s Calibration Laboratory. This request focuses on strategic medical devices and instruments previously acquired by the health office, such as micropipettes and photometers. Regular testing and calibration are considered crucial to ensuring the accuracy, validity, and reliability of diagnostic test results across healthcare facilities operating under the Donggala Health Office.
