Trucal CK-MB is a calibrator for quantitative examination of CK-MB activity in vitro with a photometric system. Lyophilized calibrator derived from bovine serum albumin with the addition of chemicals and pure materials from predetermined sources (human, recombinant) are used as calibrators of CK-MB FS reagents.

- Open the cap and vacuum the bottle.
- Dissolve the lyophilizate with distilled water and homogenize (note: avoid bubbles in the bottle and do not shake).
- Aspirate TruCal CK-MB (the aspiration volume is adjusted to the information on the insert kit).
