August 20, 2019 – Indonesia and Africa achieved a new milestone of mutual cooperation through the Indonesia-Africa Forum (IAF) held on 10 – 11 April 2018 in Bali, Indonesia. By reinforcing the diplomatic relations between both countries, economic cooperation valued up to USD 586,56 million of business sales was dealt in strategic sectors like industries, infrastructures, financing, mining, textile, aircraft maintenance, and commodities trading. In seizing this momentum, Indonesia organized the “Indonesia-Africa Infrastructure Dialogue” (IAID) on 20-21 August 2019 at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center, Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia, to ensure key collaboration in such sectors can be further strengthened and produce mutually beneficial results. The dialogue had been attended by 700 key participants from Indonesia and all African countries in the two-day event.
Proline joined with ASPAKI (Association Indonesian Medical Device Manufacturers) was introducing In Vitro Diagnostic goods as part of local products made by Indonesian itself. Joko Widodo, the president of Indonesia at the moment, also visited the ASPAKI booth and promoted the domestic achievements to the African governments and stakeholders.
