Spesifikasi

Enzymatic test using phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPC) and a stable NADH analog
No interference: ascorbic acid 30 mg/dL, bilirubin 50 mg/dL, hemoglobin 500 mg/dL, and lipemia to triglycerides 1400 mg/dL.
Measurement ranges from 4 – 50 mmol/L with a lower limit of detection of 1 mmol/L.
