Urine Analyzer
A semi-quantitative instrument to analyze chemical content in urine using dry chemistry. The analysis uses urine strips with options for 11 or 14 test parameters.
Innovatively designed, and portable. The PROLINE UA120 Urine Analyzer is connected to a barcode scanner, enabling quick and automated patient data entry with LIS, throughput of up to 60 tests/hour.
Measures up to 14 biochemical parameters. Based on the colorimetric principle, the instrument detects biochemical components in urine based on color changes caused by the reaction between the reagent pad on the strip and macroscopic biochemical components in urine.

Testing Procedure Using PROLINE UA120 Urine Analyzer
- Sample Preparation: Prepare the urine sample in a sample container.
- Dip the Strip: Submerge the PROLINE Urine Strip in the sample, ensuring all reagent pads are fully immersed. Remove the strip and shake off excess liquid inside the container.
- Clean the Strip: Wipe any excess sample with a dry cloth, avoiding contact with the reagent pads.
- Place the Strip: Position the PROLINE Urine Strip on the sample tray, ensuring the reagent pad end is at the top. Insert the urine strip; the analyzer will read it in 5 to 15 seconds and display the results on the monitor and thermal printer.
- Throughput of 60 tests/hour.
- Parameter options: 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14.
- Stability CV < 1.0%.
- Operation with buttons, results displayed on a 240 x 148-pixel screen.
- Built-in thermal printer.
- Storage capacity of 10,000 records, LIS compatible.
- Reading time <10 seconds.
