Essential diagnostic strips for detecting macro biochemical components in urine. Designed for rapid, accurate, and practical semi-quantitative analysis of urine sediment.
The analysis on the urine strip uses the dry chemistry method. The strip contains dry chemical reagent pads that react with the sample, resulting in color changes on the pads. The color change interprets the magnitude of macroscopic chemical components in the sample, allowing for the determination of their values.
Urine strip analysis can be performed manually or using a urine analyzer. In the manual method, the color of the strip is visually compared with the product's reference color. Meanwhile, the method using a urine analyzer utilizes the principle of colorimetry, where the intensity of the color reflects the concentration of the analyte being measured.
