User creates and logins using a verifed account

User creates New Ticket including supporting data and information such as location, instrument type (manual book), reagent (lot number), or any other issues

Ticket will be collected and verified by Ticket Center After veriefied, ticket will be allocated into spesific department of Proline

Ticket will be followed up by particular depatment via e-mail, phone, or website. User may give feedback based on follow up action and result

Ticket will be closed if user issues and/or request were solved. Other way, system will automatically close the ticket if there is no responese/reply by user in 7 days of calendar. User have to create new ticket for any other request or issues.
